The Samsung Galaxy S4 concept depicts that the device will be very thin, sporting the 1080p AMOLED display, looking identical to the S3, having physical home button and many other features. It even shows off the device with 2.0 GHz dual core processor, running on Android 5.0. We can say that the S4 might not be out of this world types.
However the S4 is yet to be declared officially by the company but provided the popularity and demand of the Smartphone series by Samsung, it is not surprising that there is much buzz and rumors about the successor of the amazing Galaxy SIII.
Is it true?
We have even heard of the unbreakable, flexible display, release dates and more but nothing can be said surely till the time we get any official announcement from the company itself. Some blogs have indeed thrown up the concept design for the S4 that features svelte factor, laser keyboard, edge to edge display, Android 5.0 Key Lime Pie and a lot more.
Though the SIII was launched just about half a year ago, now it faces strict competition from other handsets in the market. The biggest and toughest competitor is the Google Nexus 4. As details are not available at the moment, the next gen device by the company will be the incremental version of S3 design.
What to expect?
As far as the display of the phone is concerned, there are some reports that highlight that the phone may feature unbreakable, flexible screen with latest display technology as the brand has been experimenting with such a display since long time.
Talking about the Smartphones, every user has his or her favorite picks. But what is to be noted that the customers have now taken to the Galaxy S series of Samsung.
If we are to believe the rumors, the Samsung S4 is expected to be there with Exynos 5450 chipset and quad core Cortex A15 processor. The gadget is even speculated to be there with 13 MP camera.
When the sales figures of 2013 are to be guessed for the Samsung handsets, an executive from the company reported that it will ship around 510 million phones the coming year and out of that, approximately 390 million will be Smartphones.
In other words, Samsung is expected to pack the sharper, bigger display, bump in the processor performance along with a few other enhancements.
