The new Twitter for iOS app noticeably came up with new bottom in-app options offering new Home, Connect, Discover and Me button or section of the iOS Twitter app on the iPhone.

Home – Is the basic place from where you keep updating yourself with the tweets and updates from the person and brands you are following on Twitter.
Connect – The place from where you get to know who is discussing about you, and including you in their conversation, in short the list of mentions, follows, retweeted and favorites of your tweets.

Discover – Discover lets you tap into a stream of useful and entertaining information, customized just for you. When you use Discover, you’ll see results reflecting your interests—based on your current location, what you follow and what’s happening in the world.

Me – The section has already represented itself to you; it is the section from where you get to know about your sent tweets, and your defined lists on Twitter. The section represents the profile of the user on the App.
