Apple Released WWDC 2011 Session Videos – Available For Download

According to the schedule Apple takes less than two weeks after WWDC, Apple has just uploaded the this year’s session videos to the Developer Portal and made available them for only the registered users who has signed up for their developers account, also allow registered developers to download the files through the iTunes. Firstly the page of WWDC 2011 videos went online for few minutes yesterday night, but the videos were not available yet. But now the videos uploaded to the portal and available to download both in SD and HD from the “developer.apple.com/itunes

They are totally 109 video files of the WWDC 2011 session uploaded to the portal, which covers the all new feature topics of iOS 5 such as, Notification Center, iMessage, and new iCloud Features, the videos also covers the new features of Mac OS X Lion and memory management. The videos are available to download and watch directly from the iPhone 4, iPad and Apple TV, Mac and iPod Touch 4G.

 

The official Developer Videos webpage hasn’t been updated yet to reflect the changes, but the 2011 Sessions are available on iTunes.

Now You Can Download Not-Available Apps From The App Store

The WWDC keynote comes up with really amazing new things, such as release of iOS 5 and the detailed preview of its amazing new feature, if you have watched or watching the WWDC then you must know about it, Apple has just announced the new feature of App Store, a new tab in the App Store with name of “Purchased”, basically the works of this app to line up the all applications, games, tweaks which you have purchased recently on your device. But as noted by some of our reader, the “Purchased” tab also features the hidden thing, which Apple didn’t mentioned in the keynote, So with the new tab of “Purchased” you can also download, install and run those applications too which are not available now in the App Store, Like the original Tweetie.

Well, the tweetie original does not work anymore, due to Twitter’s changing in their API, but this feature will let you to download those apps which have missed just because of some reasons, we think this might be temporarily glitch at the Apple’s side, and will cover soon.

iTunes Match: iTunes In The Cloud Scan Your Library and Match Songs at $29.99 Per Year

Before the WWDC, it’s rumored that Apple may launch the iTunes in the cloud, so now the rumor comes to the reality in the keynote of WWDC, they finally launched the new version of iTunes in the Cloud, the new system of iTunes will allows you to get access to all the previously purchased songs on you devices via the new “Purchased” tab in iTunes Store, similar to the “Purchased Apps” tab in App Store.  One of the main features is that it allows you to push a single purchase of songs or app to the other devices of you at once.

The main and the most unique feature of it, it not only provide you to purchase or push the previously purchased songs to the iCloud, along with this feature Apple will offers a new service of iTunes Match, that scans your complete music library and then matches it with Apple’s catalogue of 18 Million songs in the cloud, the service of iTunes Match is available at a price of $24.99 per year.

PC Free: iOS 5 To Bring Wireless Sync And OTA Software Updates

As the Apple announced the several features of the iOS 5, with them they have also announced the most awaited feature of Over The Air and Wireless Sync to the iOS, through which no we not need to connect our iOS Device with computer and iTunes to get software updates. The new feature of OTA and Wireless Sync is dubbed as a PC Free by Scott Forstall, by the use of new feature; no we need to attach our device with iTunes for activations.

iOS 5 Camera App To Support Lock Screen Shortcut, Volume Shutter Button

While announcing the improvements in iOS version of Safari, Apple has also announced the new features to the iOS Camera app, as a new feature of iOS 5 Camera app, now you can take pictures while the device is locked, provides a lock screen shortcut for taking pictures, in iOS 5 camera app, they have also improved the options of auto focus.

On the lock screen, there will be an icon of camera, which takes you to the iOS Camera app, to take the photo. If in the case, your device is locked with passcode, it will take you to iOS camera app and allows you to take photo, but not allow the access to the photo album. Also now Apple has adds the feature by its self, by pressing the volume button you can also take pictures.

As a part of this new feature, you can now directly edit your photos from the camera app, featuring “Red-eye removal”, crop photos and the feature of “Auto-Enhance”.

Safari Improvements Coming in iOS 5 To iOS Devices

As a the part of the WWDC announcements of iOS 5 and its features, Apple has announced the number of new features and improvements to the iOS version of its browser (Safari), one of the feature of these improvement is now you can enjoy tab based browsing in your iPad, just like you have option in your computers.

The other feature of new iOS based Safari is “Reader” which takes the content from the website as in the form of just text and image, also it allows you to send the streamlined articles to your friends, followers via email. In this feature it also come up with the new feature of “Reading List” which allows you to select the articles and marked them to read at a later time.
