On October 4th Apple held its media event to release the next gen iPhone which was named the iPhone 4S. It has the all old design with the new inner specs sandwiched with the Dual Core A5 Chip, 512 MB Ram, 64 GB of Storage for the first time, both with White and Black color ships from day one and ships with iOS 5.

When the iPhone launched it ha it’s carrier friend, AT&T which is basically the GSM carrier, after wards the Verizon joined Apple, a CDMA network and this time Apple got another new friends, Sprint another US CDMA network.

AT&T and Verizon both digged there unlimited packages but Sprint this time is offering the unlimited package after both AT&T and Verizon. PCMag got there hands on with the data sheet comparing the AT&T, Verizon and Sprint packages

Yesterday we got news about the next CDMA iPhone which says that future CDMA iPhone 4 will be a World iPhone and will release with GSM iPhone, it means no delay for CDMA version. Today Reuters reported that China Telecom, the countries smallest mobile operator is “in touch” with Apple about the CDMA iPhone, which was only this time available from Verizon in the United States.

China Telecom Corp Ltd, the smallest of the country’s three wireless carriers, has contacted Apple Inc to introduce the popular iPhone based on CDMA (code division multiple access) technology, Chairman Wang Xiaochu said on Friday.

“We’re not denying that we’re in touch with iPhone (Apple), but I cannot comment on the progress,” Wang told reporters after a shareholders’ meeting.

We have also hears that Apple and China Mobile has same interest in providing 4G to iPhone in China, and already doing discussion about it, also China Telecom is revamping their CDMA infrastructure to get CDMA iPhone 4 for their customers, no more details revealed by Reuters in report.

Well, after i0n1c released his untether exploit for 4.3.1, Apple shortly pushed out 4.3.2 AND 4.2.7. i0n1c’s payload was ported over to 4.3.2 in a short period of time but not 4.2.7. This made Verizon users very frustrated.

I originally ordered a Verizon iPhone 4 for my upcoming SHSH blobs dumper. Then I + many others on twitter realized that an untether was not available for 4.2.7. Over the past few weeks, I’ve been sick and didn’t do much, but today I was finally able to get the strength to work on this Verizon untether. Since i0n1c’s payload is not easily reversible, I went to previous exploits.

After trying, pod2g’s + posixninja’s kernel exploit for 4.2.x is STILL in 4.2.7! After some more work, I managed to get this thing untethered!

So, this new release includes that new payload to untether + jailbreak 4.2.7.
