Apple is rumored to launch the next-generation iPad 3 somewhere in earlier March, and the device is said to be carrying the similar design to iPad 2. There are already numbers of rumors making their rounds to the publication’s desk these days, besides all these rumors. A new report suggests that internal structure of iPad 3 will carry a bit different formation than iPad 2, as the rear body of the iPad 3 compared with iPad 2 rear internal body shown up by Fix iPhones, this morning in a report.

The new iPad 3 internal body structure allows Apple to place more larger battery and the higher depth display screen on the device without making any changes to the device overall look. iPad 3 is already rumored number of times by sources to carrying a Retina Display under its hood, and now from the internal structure it clears that iPad 3 logic board will be shorter than iPad 2 and will allow more room to place more things under the iPad size. Here are the couple of facts Fix iPhone noted about the new iPad 3 rear case:

1. You can see here that the mounts for the logic board are very different, which means the logic board shape will be different allowing for . . . .

2. More battery. The width of where the logic board sits on the iPad 2 appears much larger than that of the iPad 3. We have long heard that the iPad 3 was going to provide longer battery life, and this back housing seems to support that.

3. The camera is different. It is hard to make a judgment just by looking at the casing, but what we can expect is a different camera on the iPad 3 than what we had on the 2.

4. LCD will be different than what we have had before. Whether or not it will be the super screen we have seen reported will have to wait. But the different mounting does mean that the LCD has been redesigned at the very least.
AS the Fix iPhone stated in their report, the new logic board allows Apple developers to embed larger battery in the device which is for surely going to provide more battery life on the device, and it also makes sense as the Apple always tries to improve the battery life on their devices. The next fact in the report suggests the arrival of a new camera in iPad 3, same like iPhone 4S. At the time of writing this report, we have no exact words from any sources regarding the camera, but we expect from older sources claim that it would be upgraded front face camera which allows making HD calls on Apple’s own FaceTime service or owning third party VoIP services like Skype.
