Microsoft has just rolled out a new updated version of the Skype for Mac OS with couple of new features and multiple bug fixes on the Mac OS system. Skype 5.6 is released for Mac OS with newly introduced automatic updates, full screen video mode support in OS X Lion, improved UI for group calling, and much more on the internal structure of the service. Skype has just gained some cool tricks with this latest update, as it come to know how to grab the latest updates from the server, under the term of automatic updates. Now you won’t have to manually download and install the newer updates for your Skype, instead it will automatically search for newer updates and download it on your machine. In addition to new features, the new Skype version is also provides you the ability to delete selected messages within a message conversation on the messenger or a completely clear of an entire conversation from your Skype account history on the machine.
The new Skype 5.6 also allows you to disable the automatic microphone settings, and brings you an option to configure it according to your setup. It comes with new UI elements, and ability to switch between “dynamic mode” or “non-dynamic mode” during the group chat of more than 5 people.
