We have already filled up with news of Samsung and Apple attacks on each other, on one hand they are providing each other products and on the other hand cursing each other in court by filling lawsuits. Last month, we reported that Judge responded to the lawsuit of Apple against Samsung and ordered Samsung to give at least 5 of theirs latest unreleased phones to Apple legal team to make sure that Samsung didn’t copying any other device from the design of iPhone, iPad and iPod Touch. After this Samsung did the same thing and filled a request to court to give them access to watch the latest unreleased iPhone 5 and iPad 3 models, but the court quickly denied.
And now today report coming from the FOSS Patents that Samsung comes up with another complaint lawsuit against Apple before the (ITC) International Trade Commission, and asking court to impose a band against the import of iPhone, iPad and iPod:
The combination of the accused products and the defendant means that Samsung is asking for an import ban against the iPhone, iPad and iPod. If the ITC agrees to investigate such a complaint (which is pretty certain to happen here), a final decision is reached within 16 to 18 months.
After this we are bit sure about the two days ago report, which claims that Apple to drop Samsung for the production of A6 processor chip for 2012 iPad 3 launch.
