Every one is waiting desperately for the Untethered Jailbreak for iOS 5 after MuscleNerd shown some possibilities of the Jailbreak for iPad 2. Still no words have been said by any of the teams. The Dev Team and the Chronic Dev-Team. If you remember the MyGreatFest (JailbreakCon) event held back in September, The Chronic Dev-Team said that they got 5 Exploits for iOS 5 and iPhone 5 (Which was later on iPhone 4S) and they are ready to PWN iOS 5 and the iPhone 4S. Still no words have been said by them, as they say that the work is in progress. That’s news we heard from them so far.

Any ways these two team are in preparation for the Jailbreak of iOS 5 on iPhone 4S and iPad 2, as they both carry the same A5 processor. In the mean time another hacker from the jailbreak community showed up today and told out some information that will once again make some hope for the you people regarding the Jailbreak of iOS 5.

The Hacker is no one other than Pod2g, who is also called the father of SHAtter, the exploit which was found by him and later on was leaked by some one and was patched by Apple in iPad 2. This time he is about to take revenge from them. This time he found a bug in iOS 5, which he announced on Twitter saying:

Hey jailbreaking friends, I’ve found a bug that can untether iOS 5. Don’t expect a release soon, but I’m gonna work hard in it.

As per the Tweet by Pod2g, the bug will need further hard to make sure that it works properly and well. So he is not planning to release it soon or in near future. He is going to work hard on it and make sure that it is stable and all goes well.

This is another great news that we got another hope from a hacker and this time we have to wait and see if they really come up with something. We also hope that our hopes don’t stay as a hope and dreams like a dream. So if this Bug works well, we can also expect the Untethered Jailbreak or a Bootrom Exploit by The Chronic Dev-Team and then iPhone 4S and iPad 2 will be PWNED for life.

But there is one problem. The problem is that the iOS 5.0.1 is around the corner and it is in Beta stages. Apple can patch the bug in iOS 5.0.1.

A part from all these teams we might expect a unexpected return of GeoHot, like he did back in iOS 4.1. So stay tuned with us because we will be updating you as soon as we hear anything new on it.
