It appears that Digitimes has just got words from their sources regarding to refresh model of MacBook Air from Apple, the Asian trade publisher has just claimed that Apple is readying up for a MacBook Air refresh, as well as preparing to expand its MacBook Air network to one new model of it’s ultra-thing MacBook Air in 15-inch. The publisher has reported that Apple is gearing up to launch refresh anytime in the first quarter of 2012 with new model of MacBook Air.
We have been hearing a lot about the new 15-inch ultra-thin MacBook Air from the last couple of months. It seems now things going to clear the confusion over the new ultra-thin model. According to the Digitimes upstream supply chain sources, Apple has also been seeking to update its currently available MacBook Air models with new-generation technology from Intel.
Digitimes report also claims that Apple is rumored to lower the current generation MacBook Air prices ahead of the refresh of MacBook Air 2012 and the launch of new 15-inch MacBook Air model. The update of MacBook Air should carry the new Ivy Bridge processors from Intel, which consumes much less power than Sandy Bridge processors, as well as provides 4x more GPU on the MacBook Series.
