The report came from The Music Void claims that Apple will be re launching the MobileMe service this April, This news is already running around the web in the shape of rumors but the report came from The Music Void also contains the interesting information, report claims that this re launch of MobileMe comes with a new cloud-based music “Locker” which service will cost $20 a year.
Originally MobileMe is like to a free of cost service, but according to The Music Void now in MobileMe this new locker services will cost $20 a year. Locker will allows users to stream content between iDevices and the desktop. This time there is no much more solid information is out regarding this.
“Apple is reportedly pushing hard to re-launch their new and improved MobileMe service this April, but what hasn’t been mentioned is that they’re pressuring major record labels to have all of the music licenses in place for the long rumored locker service planned for launch at the same time.
Informed sources say that Apple has sealed its deal with Warner and has been using that agreement to leverage the other labels to get the deals done in time for the April launch. The locker service will reportedly have somewhere around a $20 annual price tag.”
