If no – Microsoft has just announced an update for its Bing app for iPad which provides the awesome feature of this type of searching experience, all you need to do is draw a circle around the word, which you need to search. Bing app for iPad give the named of Lasso to this feature, inspired from the Adobe Photoshop.
In a blog post to the Official Bing Blog, Bing’s Group Program Manager, Tony Chor, noted:
From our research, we know that many searches are inspired by things people see on the web. Today, it can be somewhat painful to search on a tablet when you’re engaged in reading something; just copying and pasting pieces of text from a webpage to a search box can take up to nine steps on the iPad. With Lasso you can circle and search in just two steps.
Lasso allow users to draw circle around any word with their finger, on any web pages inside the app and start a search about the specific keyword or phrases, which user encircled.Bing 1.1 weighs in at 8.3MB and is now available for download from iTunes US.
