The day before Apple said the Developers for MAC OS X to submit the Apps because the time has come to finalize MAC OS X Lion and release it for public. We also came over the news that Apple Store Employees will do a over night at their stores for the release of MAC OS X Lion.

Today macrumors reports that:

We’ve received a number of reports over the last hour indicating that users have had difficulty accessing the Mac App Store, with some users also reporting issues with the iTunes Store.

The outage was going for past few days and today the outage seems to be high. Every one is not able to access their MAC App Store for few minutes. All we can say is that Apple is planing for the release of MAC OS Lion as it had previously seeded MAC OS X Lion GM to Developers.

The day before Apple also released Xcode 4.1 for MAC OS X Lion for Developers. No official words have been said on the outage of the MAC App Store yet by Apple and remember the update for MAC OS X Lion will be available via MAC App Store for $29.99.

If you are also one of the people facing outage, do let us know.
