So yes the new Kinect SDK’s beta version is out and available to Download. SDK refers to Windows Software Development Kit that gives you full power over all of the Kinect Sensor hardware components. Now the sleeky new function available is that you will be able to create applications in Windows that can be controlled by motion and speech, and yes this is for what the function that you can use the microphone to register where sound is coming from, came at front and this will also lead you to the point that you can now track TWO people at once.
In a world of hackers we live and thus the whole scenario of Kinect got changed when the hackers made it to work on PC, while it was designed for Xbox 360 only. And so due to this Microsoft finally themselves gave it in and announced that the Kinect will be headed to the PC platform as well.
