Yesterday’s Foxconn explosion incident in iPad Plant affected the delivery time of the iPad 2 by a significant amount. Normally when you purchase an iPad 2 in the United States through Apple Online Store, it will give you a time of 3 to 5 business days for shipment of device. But after the yesterday’s accident, it seems that Apple make changes in the delivery time of iPad 2.
Apple changes the delivery time from 3 to 5 days to 1 to 2 days, this is all happen after the explosion which took place in manufacturing plant of iPad in China. We have no official words yet about it and also don’t know when the delivery time goes back to normal.
