This is not any sort of real port of Android 4.0 on iPad. This is just a virtual image of Android 4.0, like MAC OS X on Windows by VMWARE. This method will not work on Windows 64-bit and your MAC OS X. The steps are taken from iblakejames. Thanks to SamGuichelaar for sharing the tutorial.
