As noted by the Brazilian based blog that the Apple’s Brazilian iPad production factory is ready and already building iPad’s daily, as confirmed by the Brazilian Minister of Science and Technology in the hearing to the Commission of Economic Affair, in which he reported that the new factory is ready and already making iPads, and the Brazilian made iPads will begin shipping in this December.

The Brazilian made iPad shipments orginally expected to begin for Novemeber, these iPad models will be the joint effort of the Brazilian Government and Foxcoonn, a back bone of Apple in developing several iOS devices including iPhone and iPad. Foxconn is also reported to invest arround $12 billion in the new factory to implement the iPad production plant, also they was reported that they have hired around 175 engineers from all over the world and send them to China for training how to builds Apple’s iPad.
