If you are one of those who do not trust anymore on their iPhone & iPad signals strength bar, and wants to replace the faulty function with something else and more functional, then here we have a nice tweak called Bars. The new jailbreak tweak brings some animation to the original signal strength bars, and let you understand the actual signal strength of carrier network on your device. It actually replaces the static working signal strength bar with the animated gif graphics, including half notches on the status bar.
The tweak doesn’t replace anything on the original settings, instead simply adds its additional settings and graphics to your device, and programmed it to perform specific animations on regarding the signal strength. Bars is developed by the known jailbreak tweak developer, Paul Griffin, who already released half-dozen tweaks in the Cydia with the larger number of downloads. One of the popular tweaks is Music Control Pro, and now will be the Bars.
Bars is available in Cydia’s BigBoss repository, and requires at least iOS 5.0 or later to work on the devices. Once you discovered the tweak in Cydia, and install it on your device, then you have to firstly, reboot it, and then you will be successfully able to see a little change in your device status bar, as it starts producing more graphics on the screen.
