With the start of this week, Apple start flashing the folks with their upcoming projects, first they have released the next generation iOS 5 and Mac OS X Lion along with them Apple totally win the hearts of user with the launch of amazing iCloud and its feature and for it we think Apple will only going to release and discuss the new software’s, but now it seems that this week has more spice than releasing the software’s. Steve Jobs as a CEO of Apple has explained to the Cupertino City Council that Apple is planning to develop a new spaceship like campus in Cupertino to host 12,000 employees. The project of spaceship like campus seems to be impressive, we are not saying impressive for its design, it’s green and eco-friendly.

Apple would rely on its natural gas facility and use an electricity grid as backup in this Space Ship like Campus in Cupertino.

As Steve explained to the Cupertino City Council:

It’s a pretty amazing building. It’s a little like a spaceship landed. It’s got this gorgeous courtyard in the middle… It’s a circle. It’s curved all the way around. If you build things, this is not the cheapest way to build something. There is not a straight piece of glass in this building. It’s all curved. We’ve used our experience making retail buildings all over the world now, and we know how to make the biggest pieces of glass in the world for architectural use. And, we want to make the glass specifically for this building here. We can make it curve all the way around the building… It’s pretty cool.
