Apple To Deliver Mac OS X Lion On USB Sticks For $69

As we all know Apple has confirmed before the launch of Mac OS X Lion that the new OS X will come as a digital download from the Apple’s Mac App Store exclusively and users just have to pay the amount on the spot and they will get Mac OS X Lion, which clearly suggest that Apple is not going to make DVD’s of Mac OS X Lion. In addition to it, Apple has also confirms its claim while introducing a new event on which they allow users to download Mac OS X Lion on their Mac’s while standing on the floors of Apple Store.

But this step from Apple makes several people un happy because many users have not even time to update their Macs with security updates than how can they will download the complete image of OS X Lion weigh 4Gb from Mac App Store and this thing also create a huge problem for those users who have not high speed internet connection.

Luckily for you, buried deep within Apple’s press release issued this afternoon was the line:

Users who do not have broadband access at home, work or school can download Lion at Apple retail stores and later this August, Lion will be made available on a USB thumb drive through the Apple Store® ( for $69 (US).

Of course, you could always create your own bootable Lion disk.
