According to Macrumors, Apple has slightly made changes in the App Store Review Guidelines, to reject the apps that put DUI checkpoint data for their games on iOS devices. You can check out the complete guideline changing under the section 22.8:

Apps which contain DUI checkpoints that are not published by law enforcement agencies, or encourage and enable drunk driving, will be rejected.


According to the last reports, Apple is under pressured by the US Senators, to block those apps which helps the drunk and unconscious driver from evading the law, so it’s not clear that Apple has made these changes to make US Senator’s Happy?
