Woah, never expected this type of thing to come, but what we do it already happened. The report suggests that yesterday in the US District Court, Apple sued over iCloud trademark by iCloud Communications, LLC. They filled a suit against Apple for the trademark infringement by using the name “iCloud” for their new services.
According to the suit, iCloud Communications, LLC, says that they got seriously affected by the Apple’s new promotion of everything under the name of “iCloud”, interestingly they have believed that Apple has taken their own branding name and linked it with Apple’s own. They also said, Apple Is providing similar services to one they offer under the name of iCloud Communications. iCloud Communications also wants Apple to stop using the iCloud name and to “deliver for destruction all labels, signs, prints, insignia, letterhead, brochures, business cards, invoices and any other written or recorded material.
