Apple is already rumored to be involved in the development of entirely new Online Apple Store with new look and obviously enhanced support features for the users. Last night, it was reported that Apple took down its online stores globally, and shows up the new “Be Right Back” note on the Online Store Webpage, however, the world quickly picks the new design and start rumoring that Apple is going to roll-out the new design of its Online Apple Store tonight, but after returning back from a little work on the store, no one has noticed any significant change in the look of Apple Store. But now after couple of hours, the secret implementation of new feature is exposed in a Brazilian store.

It is reported that Apple has just updated its support online chat center in the last night work, and introduced new screen-sharing support from Apple’s correspondents to the users, which defientely works great for the users to know more things about their Mac running machines. The new feature is reportedly only available to Brazilian store users, but in near future it will be rolled out to all Apple Stores across the world.


The live chat feature is present in the stores from a decade with old-fashioned chat system, but the new system completely revamps the chat system with new shinny system and features that let customers and support members to figure out the problem more quickly than ever.
