Apple has opened a new support profile website that allows users to track technical support activity, check warranties, manage your account, manage Voice Pass, and of course nickname your Apple products. You can also manage and check repair status, which is quite helpful, and overall this new site should streamline a lot of your phone time with AppleCare.

Log into the site using your Apple ID (the same username and password you use in the iTunes stores), and Apple will display all of the computers they already know about.

Apple also has an option called VoicePass for US and Canadian customers, which promises to match your profile to your phone numbers so they’ll have your computer information at their fingertips when you call from that number.
