Apple Is Testing 7.85-inch iPad Mini In Its Labs

The iPad Mini is in the roll for quite some time, and everyone there is trying to access more information regarding the new iPad Mini product from the Cupertino Company. In the past, we have heard many reports targeting the existence of the smaller iPad in Apple’s secret lab for testing and developing products. The smaller iPad is discussed many times before, and many analysts believe that Apple might release smaller iPad to compete with its rival in the market, such as the Amazon Kindle Fire. Apple is losing an amount of customers to other tablet vendors, due to their hardware high price in the market, and the iPad appears to be a luxury device; therefore, many users go to purchase low cost Android or other tablets to full fill their needs.

However, it is now reported that the John Gruber (of DaringFireball) made some interesting claims today over the weekly 5by5 podcast with Dan Benjamin of having many insides regarding the “iPad Mini”. Gruber claimed that he had been informed by many inside sources that Apple is indeed working on a 7.85-inch iPad tablet, named as “iPad Mini”, and one of the iPad Mini is surely existed inside the Apple’s lab for testing purposes, but he’s not sure whether Apple going to release or cancel the idea of launching a mini iPad in the market.

There is a lot of hype regarding the new 7.85-inch iPad Mini in the market, as a number of big publications reported that Apple is working on smaller iPad, but they all are not confirmed whether the smaller iPad will be released or debunked in the darkness. However, today Gruber leaked some of his information regarding the upcoming iPad Mini:

“What I do know is that they have one in the lab, a 7.85? iPad that runs at 1024 x 768. And it’s just like the 9.7-inch iPad shrunk down a little bit. The apps wouldn’t need to be redesigned or recompiled to work on it — it’s just the iPad smaller.”

The smaller iPad arrival is appeared to be stronger day by day, as most of the big publications are now climbing into the case over the arrival of iPad Mini.
