Apple’s support document was last updated on 26 May which comes up with the new Apple’s “MacBook Bottom Case Replacement Program”, which targets the MacBook’s shipped between 2009 and 2011. According to this program, they will now fix the bottom rubber issue of separating from the surface of MacBook body.

Apple has determined that under certain circumstances the rubber surface on some MacBooks may separate from the bottom case of the system. MacBooks shipped between October 2009 and April 2011 may experience this issue. Apple will replace the bottom case of any affected MacBook, free of charge, that exhibits the issue.

The program service is available worldwide free of cost, simply go to your local Apple Store or Apple Authorized Service Providers for the replacement of back case.
