Apple Introduces AppleCare+, Covers iPhone Accidents

Apple has today announced the most awaited next generation iPhone, and along with it Apple also announces the couple of its exclusive features, such as personal assistant and iCloud location based social network.

Along with all of the announcements Apple has also announces the new insurance program for the iPhone users, Apple introduces the new AppleCare+, the program that allows you to cover up-to two disease of iPhone during the accident damages.

Every iPhone comes with one year of hardware repair coverage and 90 days of telephone technical support. AppleCare+ for iPhone extends repair coverage and technical support to two years from the original purchase date of your iPhone and adds coverage for up to two incidents of accidental damage due to handling, each subject to a $49 service fee. With AppleCare+ for iPhone, Apple experts can help troubleshoot issues over the phone or at an Apple Retail Store. They’ll answer questions about iOS, Apple iPhone apps such as Mail, iMessage, and Calendar, and help you solve interconnectivity issues between your iPhone and Mac or PC. And if your iPhone needs service under the plan, Apple technical support representatives can even set up a repair during the same call.

The new program is set to cost $99for providing the accident coverage, along you will get the usual AppleCare facility with you such as appointment at Genius Bar with Genius to get fix of the problems you might facing on your device. according to the early reports the new program also covers the iPhone 4S and will debut on the October 14th along with the official appearance of the iPhone 4S.

Apple is also scheduled to launch the iCloud and iOS 5 publicly by the October 12th, and will also start taking the official pre-orders for the iPhone 4S from the October 7th, right after the announcement day of the device.
