Apple Dropped iPad 3 Launch Supply Plan For 2011

A new report comes from the tables of Digitimes, and finally kills the rumor of iPad 3 launch in this year. The report suggests that Apple has cancelled the plan of its iPad 3 launch in the 2nd half of this year. As reported by many rumors, Apple is said to be introduce an updated model of iPad this year in the fall media event along with the new hardware update of iPhone, which is said to be an iPhone 5. But from some recent reports around the web, it was suggested that Apple has postponed its iPad 3 launch and scheduled it for next year, when they have A6 processor chips from the TSMC.

It is worth note here that Apple is still expected to launch the next generation iPhone 5 in this fall media event, and may be unveil two models of iPhone. Because many high profiles in rumor mills suggested that Apple is preparing two models of iPhone, one said to be cheaper model of iPhone and the second will be the iPhone 5.  In addition to it, Digitimes report also suggests that next iPad 3 to be finally carry the Retina Display means double from the current resolution. Report suggests that Apple has dropped its plan due to high price of display and massive produce of the display from their manufactures such as Samsung and Sharp.
