Apple already counts among of the best customer support providing companies around the world, and especially providing the quick and best support over their online stores for the users, who like to order their stuff through the Online Apple Store or goes directly to the Apple’s famous forum to ask and discuss their bugs and problems with other fellow users to bring some light on the issue for the Apple’s iOS developers to solve out the issue or at least brings a temporary fix to the problem.
However, today it is reported that Apple has introduced a new section on its Online Apple Store named “Answer from the community,” the new section allows customers to interact with other customers right on the portal facing or asking the same question as you are doing. Apple has already a user-friendly UI website design with nicely linked pages and customer report links to help the users in gathering information regarding their devices.
The new Q&A section in the Online Apple Store allow the users to quickly get the recommendations, tips, and other much more things directly from the anonymous other portal users, and allow them to sort out the things on their own basis. The new section is appeared to be a bit nicely designed and managed by the normal Apple support forum, where users mostly discuss their problems and blame Apples regarding the poor performance of any iOS device. Furthermore, about this new Q&A section in the online store, interestingly Apple has only made this section available to its Mac, iPhone and iPad products, but ignores the support of this forum and section for the iPod and Apple TV from its website.
Apple has always tried to communicate with its customers, and in the past they have sorted out many cases along with their customer’s support and gains reputation among the other technology firms.
