All you need to download android 2.3.4 on your Galaxy S II is ,of course, a Galaxy S II and some knowledge of how Android works:
- Download SuperCore and DarkyROM2 from the links below
- Install SuperCore with ODIN
- Boot and upload DarkyROM2 zip to internal SD Card
- Reboot into recovery (vol-up+home+power)
- Use the recovery menu to select the zip and install it
- Reboot and enjoy

If you want to stay on the safe side, just wait for 2.3.4 to be officially released for the Galaxy S II, but if you’re willing to take a small risk, you could start enjoying Google Talk on your phone today.
