2. Much-improved battery life

All you need to download android 2.3.4 on your Galaxy S II is ,of course, a Galaxy S II and some knowledge of how Android works:

  • Download SuperCore and DarkyROM2 from the links below
  • Install SuperCore with ODIN
  • Boot and upload DarkyROM2 zip to internal SD Card
  • Reboot into recovery (vol-up+home+power)
  • Use the recovery menu to select the zip and install it
  • Reboot and enjoy
